Phil is a computer software consultant residing in New Jersey, but originally hails from Texas. He received a BS in Electrical Engineering and a Masters in Applied Mathematics. After 22 years working for a major health-care company, he took an early retirement. He enjoys classical music, puzzles of all types, reading, and racquetball.
